Our four-phase model goes beyond training. We measure your team's workflows before we start and after we finish, so you see exactly what improved.
Diagnose
Two focused conversations designed to align leadership intent with operational reality. 30 minutes with a manager to understand desired outcomes and success criteria. 30 minutes with someone who does the work to understand their actual workflow, bottlenecks, and pain points. We capture baseline metrics: how long tasks take, where time goes, what creates friction. This becomes our benchmark.
Design
We customize the capability program to your specific context. Your workflows, your tools, your constraints. No generic content. Everything your team learns will be anchored in work they actually do. You review and approve before we deliver.
Deliver
Hands-on training with your team. Not lectures. Practical application to real tasks. Your team leaves with new workflows they can use immediately. We focus on the highest-leverage activities identified in the Diagnose phase.
Measure
Four weeks later, we return. We capture the same metrics from Phase 1. How long do tasks take now? What changed? What didn't? You receive a clear outcome report comparing before and after, ready for leadership review without additional interpretation.
