Welcome to Saqr Academy. These Terms of Service govern your enrollment in our programs and use of our services. By applying to or enrolling in any Saqr Academy program, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About Saqr Academy

Saqr Academy Training Institute FZ-LLC maintains the https://saqracademy.com Website ("Site"). We are a KHDA-approved AI training institute located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide hands-on AI education through full-time and part-time programs designed for professionals seeking to advance their careers.

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and these Terms are governed by the laws of UAE.

2. Program Enrollment and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older to enroll in Saqr Academy programs
• If you are under 18, you must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian

2.2 Application Process

• All applications are subject to review and approval by Saqr Academy
• We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason
• Acceptance into a program is confirmed only after payment is received and processed

2.3 Prerequisites

• No technical background is required for our programs unless specifically stated
• You must have basic computer literacy and access to a computer with internet connection
• Specific program prerequisites are listed on individual program pages

3. Tuition Fees and Payment Methods

3.1 Payment Methods

Saqr Academy accepts the following payment methods:

• Visa credit and debit cards
• Mastercard credit and debit cards
• American Express credit cards
• UnionPay credit and debit cards
• Bank transfer (AED only)
• Employer invoicing (subject to approval)

All payments are processed through secure, UAE Central Bank-compliant payment gateways. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.

Currency: Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

Cardholder Responsibility: Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Saqr Academy policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Student-Initiated Cancellations

More than 14 days before program start:

• Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Refunds processed within 10 business days

Between 7-14 days before program start:

• 50% refund of total tuition paid
• Refunds processed within 10 business days

Less than 7 days before program start:

• No refund available
• You may transfer to a future cohort subject to availability

After program start date: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes voluntary withdrawal, academic dismissal, or failure to attend.

4.2 Refund Processing Timeframe

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to lecture slides, recordings, code examples, templates, reading materials, and assessments, are the exclusive property of Saqr Academy and are protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes only.

You may NOT share, sell, distribute, post publicly, or use materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. OFAC Compliance and Sanctions Screening

Saqr Academy is committed to complying with all applicable UAE and international laws, including economic sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the UAE Central Bank.

• All enrollment applications and payment transactions are screened against OFAC sanctions lists
• We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals or entities on sanctions lists
• Enrollment may be delayed or denied pending completion of sanctions screening
• No refund will be issued if enrollment is denied or terminated due to sanctions compliance requirements

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Saqr Academy provides education and training services only. We do NOT guarantee:

• Employment or job placement upon program completion
• Specific salary increases or career outcomes
• Acceptance into specific companies or industries
• That certification will result in professional advancement

Our total liability to you is limited to the tuition fees you paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

• We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our programs, legal requirements, or industry best practices
• We will notify you of material changes by email and website notice
• Continued enrollment or use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
