Practical Training. Accessible by Design
This cohort is designed specifically for People of Determination who seek to contribute effectively and confidently in a work environment. Please bring your own laptop and any assistive tools you use. You will learn in small groups of six with a lead instructor and a learning support aide. You will learn applied AI techniques by practicing with real scenarios: identifying bottlenecks in workflows, designing streamlined processes, and converting them into reliable automation systems that save hours of time. Each week concludes with a practical deliverable ready for immediate workplace application. We use accessible teaching methods and clear language to ensure smooth progression from concept to implementation. No prior technical background is required.
This cohort is for People of Determination who want to build real software. You'll learn AI-powered development the practical way: building web applications, mobile apps, and business integrations that solve actual problems. Each week you deploy something new. Applications you can show employers or use yourself. We teach with accessible methods and plain language so you move from concept to deployed software at your own pace. No technical background required.
Program Details
Duration: 6 Weeks Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am - 3:00pm Next Cohort: November 17, 2025 Learning Format: In-person Location: Dubai Internet City Small cohorts with lead instructor and learning support aide.
Eligibility and participation
Functional admissions, not diagnosis based. You can operate a computer independently with your own assistive tools, attend 9:00 to 3:00 with breaks, follow written, captioned, or transcribed instructions, and collaborate in a small team. No prior courses required.
Week 1: Foundations & First Web Application
Set up your development environment with Claude Code and Cursor. Learn how to direct AI to build what you envision. Write your first Product Requirements Document and deploy a live web page to the internet.
Week 2: Interactive Web Applications
Build web pages that respond to user input using React and Tailwind CSS. Create forms, buttons, and dynamic content. Deploy an interactive application like a calculator, quiz, or survey tool.
Week 3: Database Integration
Connect your application to a database using Supabase. Learn to store, retrieve, and manage data. Build a task management or inventory tracking app where information persists between sessions.
Week 4: User Authentication & Business Tools
Implement secure login systems with user registration and password management. Build multi-user applications where each person accesses only their own data. Create simple CRM or booking systems.
Week 5: Mobile Applications or Advanced Integrations
Choose your path: Either convert your web app to a mobile application using React Native, OR integrate your application with business systems like email automation (SendGrid), messaging (WhatsApp API), or payment processing (Stripe).
Week 6: Portfolio & Final Project
Complete your capstone project integrating everything you've learned. Run accessibility and usability testing, prepare a demonstration with captions, and publish a professional portfolio page showcasing your deployed applications.

Installments:
- Option 1: Single full payment before the start date
- Option 2: Two installments, 50 percent due before the program begins, balance due by end of Week 3

Scholarships:
