This cohort is for People of Determination who want to contribute with confidence. Bring your own laptop and tools, and learn in pods of six with a lead facilitator and a learning support aide. You will learn applied AI the practical way: find bottlenecks in operations, create simple workflows and turn them into reliable automations that save hours. Each week ends with a small win you can use at work. We teach with accessible methods and plain language so you move from idea to result quickly. No technical background required.
Eligibility and participation
Functional admissions, not diagnosis based. You can operate a computer independently with your own assistive tools, attend 9:00 to 3:00 with breaks, follow written, captioned, or transcribed instructions, and collaborate in a small team. No prior courses required.
Week 1: Foundations and first build
Configure n8n, your workspace, and keyboard or screen reader paths. Learn prompt basics, JSON at a conceptual level, and simple API key safety. Map a small workflow, then build inbox triage that files emails, creates tasks, and posts a daily summary.
Week 2: Email and documents
Adapt an email classifier and an invoice extraction flow. Practice debugging, add simple approvals, and log results to a sheet or database.
Week 3: Sheets and reporting
Use Apify or Firecrawl or Jina for scraping, then add a search API for enrichment. Clean data and store records in your CRM or sheet as a scheduled pipeline.
Week 4: CRM and apps
Scrape sources and store vectors, add retrieval, then build a simple Q&A chat that answers from your knowledge base.
Week 5: Orchestration and quality
Connect Telegram or WhatsApp, handle text and voice and images, add notifications and simple metrics, and write a one page sponsor brief.
Week 6: Capstone and showcase
Implement the sponsor brief, run a usability and accessibility check, prepare a three minute captioned demo, and publish a clear portfolio page with results.

Installments:
- Option 1: Single full payment before the start date
- Option 2: Two installments, 50 percent due before the program begins, balance due by end of Week 3

Scholarships:
All People of Determination applicants receive a 50% scholarship on the published tuition price for this cohort. The discount is applied during enrollment and cannot be combined with other offers.
