About the Role

The Enrollment Manager is the first human connection many students have with Saqr Academy. This isn't a passive role. You'll guide professionals and founders through major career decisions while actively thinking about how to bring more of the right people through the door.

You'll run consultations, manage the enrollment pipeline and host webinars that showcase what we offer. When leads are slow, you won't wait for marketing to fix it. You'll come with ideas and initiative.

How We Work

Faith Over Fear

Set goals that feel impossible, then move toward them anyway. Believe in your ability to learn, to build, to figure it out. We don't shrink from hard odds. We face them and find a way through.

Excellence as Default

We hold a high bar because the work represents who we are. Details matter. Deadlines matter. Doing it right the first time matters. We don't cut corners and we don't make excuses.

Candor With Kindness

We tell the truth because we respect each other too much to pretend. More than that, we treat one another with kindness and dignity. We want people to thrive here, not just perform.
