The programme
There is no fixed syllabus. Before anything is planned, we take the time to understand your role, your businesses and where your hours go, and the sessions are designed from that.
First
A 20-minute introductory call, with you, your office, or both. We learn what you are responsible for, what takes more of your time than it should, and what you would most like to delegate.
Then
Three hours each, hands-on in your own accounts, with the reports, documents and decisions in front of you that week. Sessions are usually a week apart, so what you build is used on real work in between.
What stays with you
It understands your business, connects to the mail, calendar and files you already use, and asks before it acts. The balance of what you build depends entirely on you.

How it works

No. There is no coding at any point. About 10 minutes of Session 1 is orientation; the rest is hands-on work with your own material.
The work runs in your own paid ChatGPT and Claude accounts, set so your content is not used to train models. On ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu and on Claude Team or Enterprise, that is the default. On ChatGPT Plus or Pro and on Claude Pro or Max, model training is switched off in your settings during setup, before any of your material goes in. Each connection is set up with you: read access by default, and the AI agent asks for your approval before it sends, edits or deletes anything. Intake material is used only to prepare your sessions and deleted 30 days after Session 3. If you would like a non-disclosure agreement in place to protect your information, we are glad to sign one.
