Operations Director
About the Role
The Operations Director is the backbone of Saqr Academy. You'll turn our vision into a functioning, scalable, high-quality institution. This is a builder role for someone who loves structure, systems and excellence.
You'll design the student experience from the ground up. You'll hire faculty, manage venues and create processes that allow our academy to run with precision. When something breaks, you fix the system. When something is unclear, you create the playbook.
You'll work directly with the founder and operate with full ownership of your domain. You're not inheriting a manual. You're writing it.
What You'll Do
Build Our Infrastructure
Create the operational backbone of our academy. Design systems for scheduling, student experience, logistics and daily execution.
Run the Academy
Manage facilities, vendors and faculty. Ensure every cohort experience is delivered with excellence.
Recruit Talent
Find and hire the best instructors in the region. Build strong relationships and maintain a high bar for anyone who teaches under our brand.
Optimize With AI
Use modern tools to automate tasks, increase output and streamline workflows across operations.
Orchestrate Execution
Ensure the right things happen at the right time. Keep the academy running with speed and order.

Compensation
AED 20,000 to AED 30,000 monthly
