Director of B2B Sales
About the Role
The Director of B2B Sales is the face of Saqr Academy to the region's most important organizations. You'll work with government entities, enterprise HR leaders and national talent teams across the GCC.
Your work will shape how companies adopt Applied AI and capability building. You're not selling courses. You're selling workforce transformation.
What You'll Do
Lead Regional Growth
Identify and secure partnerships with top UAE and KSA entities that need Applied AI training.
Build Long-Term Relationships
Earn trust with HR Directors, L&D teams and senior leadership.
Manage Your Pipeline
Operate like an owner. Prioritize the right accounts and maintain strong follow-up.
Represent Saqr Academy
Attend meetings, events and strategy sessions across the Gulf. You'll be the face of our institutional offering.
Use AI to Sell Better
Research prospects, prepare materials and organize your workflow with modern AI tools.
Who You Are
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Already connected to government or enterprise HR leaders.
- Highly disciplined, organized and proactive.
- Focused on long-term relationships, not transactional selling.
- Comfortable in high-standards, high-ownership environments.
Compensation
AED 20,000 to AED 30,000 monthly
- Performance bonuses available
- Regional travel required
