A company knows its work is slow, but the useful problem is rarely handed to you as a clear brief. Learn to ask the right questions, follow a process from start to finish and identify where a solution could make a difference. Agentic AI Solutions develops a consulting approach that leads to working software: understand the business, select a worthwhile opportunity and build a first version people can try. Practise a method you can take into different organisations.
An AI agent can use information and tools to carry out steps toward a goal. That makes it useful for some business problems, but it is only one option. Sometimes a clearer process, a spreadsheet rule or a simple automation is enough. You compare opportunities by value, feasibility and risk, then agree a focused brief. In an unfamiliar sector, you learn from the people doing the work, separate evidence from assumptions and identify what needs expert validation.
You develop one coherent project across the programme. It might sort service requests for review, compare supplier quotations or answer internal policy questions with references. You direct an AI coding assistant, inspect what it changes and test the result against the agreed business rules. You connect one data source, handle failures and put a person in charge of consequential actions. Each week moves the same client-style engagement forward, from discovery notes to a demonstration and handover pack.
The live sessions provide direction and guided building; the LMS is where you develop the project in depth. Set aside a recommended 5-7 hours each week for assignments, testing and revision, plus 2-3 hours of setup before the course. You leave with a runnable prototype, test evidence and a clear account of its limitations. It is a credible basis for a pilot conversation. Any move into production still needs the appropriate technical review, permissions and operational support.
Learn to enter an unfamiliar business, interview the people doing the work and map its processes. Prioritise an opportunity, choose an appropriate solution and build working software. Practise the consulting method through one focused prototype, without needing prior sector expertise.
Four weekly three-hour sessions give you direction and guided practice. Recommended LMS work is 5-7 hours a week, plus 2-3 hours of pre-course setup. You inspect AI-generated changes, test real scenarios using safe sample data, and leave with evidence of what works and what still needs review.

Discover the Business. Scope the Solution.
Practise discovery interviews, map a process and prioritise opportunities. Start a small build. On the LMS, submit discovery evidence, a scoped brief, safe data and five acceptance criteria.
Discover a worthwhile business problem and turn it into an agreed scope for a first solution.
Build the First Working Version
Build an interface and one AI-assisted step with Claude Code or Codex. Inspect changes, fix errors and save checkpoints. Your LMS deliverable is a working first version with six test cases.
Demonstrate a usable first version and explain one important part of how it works.
Connect Data. Keep People in Control.
Connect one file or sandbox API, add approval and handle duplicates or unavailable data. On the LMS, finish the integration and record results for at least 12 test cases.
Exchange useful data while showing when the system must stop or ask a person.
Demonstrate. Hand Over. Propose the Pilot.
Present the prototype and business case, demonstrate failure handling and complete a client handover pack. Apply your discovery method to a second business brief, without building another application.
Demonstrate working software, hand over clear evidence and propose a realistic next engagement.
How You Build Capability
A Method You Can Use Again
Learn a repeatable sequence: discover how a business works, prioritise a problem, agree a scope, build, test and hand over. Develop one project deeply, then practise discovery on a different business brief. Your portfolio includes the working software and the reasoning behind it, so you can explain how you reached the solution and approach another organisation with a structured method.
Practice Beyond the Live Session
Twelve live teaching hours are the framework for a much larger learning experience. Guided LMS assignments give you structured steps, checkpoints and acceptance criteria; independent work makes you apply them to your own problem. Core tasks are achievable within the recommended weekly commitment. Stretch tasks give faster learners room to add an API, another language or a deeper evaluation.
Small Cohort, Active Participation
Cohorts are capped at seven participants. Live teaching combines explanation, demonstrations and time to build, inspect and discuss your work. Arrive with your previous assignment ready so each session moves the project forward. You learn to explain decisions in plain language, review another approach and recognise when your solution needs specialist help before anyone relies on it.

You do not need an existing client or expertise in every sector. Learn how to validate business rules with the people responsible for the work before translating them into software.

You investigate needs and shape change, but want to deliver something users can try. Move from process maps and requirements into a tested first solution. Practise scoping, build direction and client handover, with enough technical understanding to discuss data, permissions and limitations clearly with the people who would take a pilot further.

Live Online · Four Saturdays
Four weekly sessions of three hours, 2:00-5:00 PM GMT (6:00-9:00 PM Dubai time). Guided LMS assignments and independent project work between sessions. Separate English and Arabic cohorts share these hours. Maximum seven participants.
In Person · Four Saturdays
Four weekly sessions, 10:00 AM-1:00 PM Dubai time, at DMC5, Dubai Media City. The same project curriculum and LMS assignments. Separate English and Arabic cohorts share these hours. Maximum seven participants.
