AI for Operations & Business

I immediately automated a key workflow: monthly self-appraisals to my staff members, plus reminders for defaulters, potentially cutting my admin time by 50%. And this is just the start.

The Shift

A Different Way to Work

Most professionals who use AI are still doing the work themselves. They prompt it. They copy the output. They paste it somewhere. They re-explain their context the next time they open it. The tool helps occasionally. But every process still depends on them to run it.

Over the last year, the most effective operators, founders, team leads, department heads, senior professionals across every function, have stopped using AI as a search engine with better grammar. They have built something closer to a capable chief of staff underneath their role: someone who already knows their context, runs recurring processes without being asked, handles the research, the drafting, the follow-up, and returns finished work for review. The shift is not from slow to fast. It is from prompting to delegating.

Your job is no longer to do the work. It is to review it, approve it, and decide what happens next.

This programme gives you four sessions to build that system around your actual role, your actual processes, and the tools your organisation already uses.

Curriculum

What You'll Build

Four sessions. One complete AI operating system.

Session 01

Your Foundation

Set up your AI agent and brief it permanently on who you are: your role, your priorities, your standards, and what good output looks like for your specific work. Save that context in your Cowork project folder. From this point, every session starts already calibrated. You stop re-explaining yourself. The agent arrives knowing what matters.

You'll be able to

Open any session and have your agent start from your world, not from a blank page.

Session 02

Agent Skills and Deep Research

Give your agent specialist knowledge for your domain. Build custom agent skills that encode your processes, your voice, and your standards, the way you write a proposal, run a client engagement, or structure a brief. Teach it once. It runs that process from a single instruction from this point forward. Then run deep research: multiple agents working in parallel across sources simultaneously, synthesising into one output. Market research, competitor analysis, strategic briefings, in minutes, not days.

You'll be able to

Take any recurring process that currently lives in your head and turn it into an agent skill that runs autonomously, without you in the room.

Session 03

Connectors and Automation

Link your agent to the systems you already use: email, calendar, CRM, documents. Connect it to your inbox and calendar so it can triage, draft, and schedule without a separate app or a change of environment. Build the automation workflows that handle your recurring operational tasks, the reporting, the follow-ups, the status updates, the weekly planning cycle. Your agent stops producing drafts and starts completing work.

You'll be able to

Have recurring tasks that previously required your involvement run automatically, inside the tools and environment you already work in every day.

Session 04

Your Full Operating System

Build the complete weekly operating rhythm: how Monday starts, how priorities are tracked, how decisions get logged, how the week closes. Pull everything together, your context, your agent skills, your connected tools, your automated workflows, into a single configured system that runs on your real work. Leave with it running, not with a plan to build it later.

You'll be able to

Start the following Monday with an AI operating system already configured around your role and processing real tasks, without setting anything up.

How This Works

Three Pillars

01

Built Around Your Actual Work

Every session uses your real files, your real processes, and your real recurring tasks. You are not practising on exercises. You are building something that works in your actual role from the first session.

02

Small Cohorts, Direct Access

Sessions are capped at 18 professionals in person, 12 online. Direct access to the instructor, real-time feedback, and a peer group making the same shift.

03

Works In Whatever Environment You Use

The programme works inside Microsoft Copilot Cowork or Anthropic Claude Cowork. If your organisation runs on Microsoft, you stay in that environment. If you have more flexibility, you work in Claude. The skill you are building is not tied to one platform. It transfers.

Who This Is For

Built for Professionals Who Run Things

Professionals Building Their Edge

Professionals Building Their Edge

You are a few years into your career and already producing real output. Reports, briefs, research, client materials. This programme makes you the person who does that work at a level others cannot match yet.

People Who Own a Process

People Who Own a Process

You are responsible for something recurring. A reporting cycle, a project workflow, a coordination function. It runs because you run it. This programme builds the layer that handles it without depending on you every time.

Founders and Business Owners

Founders and Business Owners

You run the business and most of the operational load still sits with you. This programme builds the foundation that handles recurring work, so your time goes to the decisions only you can make.
